Alonzo R. Bell, Jr., CCIM has over fifteen years of experience as a commercial real Estate Broker. In 2000, Bell took advantage of his experience founding Randolph Real Estate Services Company, Inc. Bells’s duties include sales, leasing, property management, consulting, and exclusive representation of commercial real estate portfolios for numerous clients and customers. Bell obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2003, a designation held by only 6% of all commercial real estate professionals.

Bell graduated from Denbigh High School in Newport News, VA and received his BSE from Princeton University in Civil Engineering & Operations Research. He is also a graduate of the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Leadership Hampton Roads Program, and the Minority Business Executive Program at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Bell is active in numerous community and professional organizations including the Board of Advisors of the Christopher Newport University School of Business, the Virginia Peninsula Chapter of the 100 Black Men of America, Inc., the Board of Directors of the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA, the Board of Directors of the City of Newport News Green Foundation, the Development Council of the Mariner's Museum, the City of Newport News Board of Review of Real Estate Assessments, the Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, the Oyster Point Rotary Club, the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, the Commercial Real Estate Council, the Hampton Roads Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the Newport News Alliance for Youth.

Mr. Bell is a native of Newport News, VA, is happily married to Sandra Clark Bell, and has two wonderful children, Alecia and Alexis. Bell is also a high school football official and is a member of the Peninsula Football Officials Association.
